What is being "extra" While the exact line of where a necessity ends and being extra begins will vary from person to person, the concept of being extra is universal. For example, some may think Mercedes-AMG is the definition of extra in the automotive world.
Every other internal HDD has 3 screw holes for mounting. Every case that has a 3.5HDD cage has at least the 1st and middle holes and some all three which would be no problem for mounting this drive but of course the drive only has the 1st and 3rd holes.
Don't know couldn't use the drives
Bought 4 of these for use in Node 804 case but the idiot that designed the drives only included 2 screw holes; So can't use them
Easy installation. Fantastic large capacity. Same sort of sound level as the 4TB previously used. Speed about the same as well. An expensive investment that is doing its job well; especially as it runs 24/7.
