Ever since the series first debuted on DS back in 2009, Scribblenauts has offered something few games ever could: an experience limited only by the boundaries of your own imagination.
This generation of consoles has seen a resurgence of party games and while the vast majority of the titles at hand have come straight from lesser known indie studios, with limited experience and assets, others came straight from big developers, and even bigger publishers.

It's always good to try something new but, conversely, it doesn't always work. Here, it really doesn't work. Scribblenauts' charm was always in challenging the players to use their imagination and their diction to come up with fun and original solutions over the obvious or the mundane.
I never knew a gadfly could be so funny. There my friend was, sailing through the air on the back of a fine specimen of gadfly, trying to coax the most speed out of the insect he possibly could, but his efforts were all for naught. His wife was riding a gazelle, you see.
I bought this for my kids, ages 11 - 22. They enjoyed battling each other, but players can go against the CPU as well, making it perfect for any number of players, up to 4. Battles included word and speed (players choice). A good, clean, kid-friendly game that is fun for teens as well.
