Bought this drive to replace a 1TB 5400 rpm in a Lenovo Yoga 3 14 that was being used to edit some photos as well as manage photo history. The computer is a nice machine but used to lock up all the time when trying to transfer the photos.

I have been using this since 11/23/2015 and have had no problems. This is a dump bin for media files, coding projects, and backups. Very reliable so far.

This is my first SSD after my 500GB WD Green drive died. I wasn't expecting much to be fair, especially when it arrived. To be fair I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it's just a small very lightweight plastic box. Hard to believe what it can do!!!

Used this for desktop PC, as the primary/applications drive for the programs I use most and stored all the other aps and files on the old big 2TB drive. Now, it boots up in about thirty seconds and flies! I'm happy. Think I want another one for my notebook. :o)

DIED IN 2 MONTH AND LOCK OR DAMAGED MY GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD SATA CONTROLLERS. TO RMA THIS DISK TAKES A LONG PROCESS AND WILL REPLACE WITH A REFURBISHED. WILL NEVER TRUST SAN DISK EVER. LOST MAY DATA.

It arrived, I used free CLONEZILLA to clone the old 500Mb, (none of the commercial windows disk cloning products I tried worked) popped it into my laptop and double the disk. At this price, it simply amazing value. Highly recommended.

Great value for the reliability. In the time it took one laptop with a regular drive to download and install 200 updates, I installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 (without updates) on a PC with this drive, then upgraded to Windows 10 and it was done before the laptops' upgrades.

Never again for Sandisk, will buy Samsung only. Read reviews on other sites - I'm not alone, around 25% of reviews talking about disk failure in 3-6 months use.

Easy to install it works perfectly with all older devices and new. I have been using it for weeks and there are no issues. Huge performance improvement this is a must-have upgrade if you have new or older equipment excellent product.
