bought because the Samsung competition was out of stock

I formatted this deeply so as to stress it. No failure in that regard. (Did have a PNY USB stick fail after I formatted it out of the box, so thats why I always try to stress new storage with a deep format when I get it.) The loop is weak plastic, so unlike the Samsung competition.

Comes with 28.6gb instead of 32gb but meh

Its a usb flashdrive, what is there to say about it. The 32gb flashdrive isnt really 32gb, but it isnt an issue unless you are serious about having exactly 32gb. It's 28.6gb Good for porting all my emulators to, and music and such. Office use Pretty sure it'll be great for that. Idk.

Small unit with large capacity

It is too small. I attached a lanyard to keep it from being lost. Also, there is no cap to the USB. It is unprotected. It is slow. Copying 1.4GB of info took about 4 minutes.

SLOW

I ordered this based on its size. I was hoping to transfer files quickly, but when it takes 29 minutes just to write 6.6Gig it is very frustrating. It is a little quicker to read, but not much. Save your money and buy something more expensive and ultimately faster.

Good value

The packaging is nice and the drives are a good size for use / transport. The read speed is good but the write speed is only ~ 5mb/s. Good for light everyday use or if you have data / files that are read (movies etc...).

I ordered this flash drive to transfer on it all the files and documents that were cluttering my Mac desktop. The goal was to de-clog my desktop yet have my files easily accessible on an external, cordless storage device by leaving it permanently plugged in one of my 2.0 USB ports.

This needs a bigger heatsink

I don't normally publish IOPS figures because merely stating those figures is meaningless without being able to control the size of the packets and latencies involved during the measuring.

Still putting it through the wringer, but this Ultra Flair is standing up pretty well to the gamut of small file transfers and running a Windows Vista VM; According to Crystal Benchmark, this flash drive - when plugged into a USB 3.0 port with no other USB devices being used - is capable of...

Less than 2 minutes into reformatting the drive for the first time before a benchmark, this Ultra Flair thermal throttled and disconnected; The metal cover is almost too hot to touch (think metal teaspoon in a freshly brewed cup of coffee) and it needs a minute taped to a used can of compressed air...

"SanDisk Cruzer Blade - Not Exactly Cruzing, More Like Crawling"

I have a bit of an obsession with taking digital photos (and videos) and, as such, find myself copying files often between laptops and other devices to view these photos or to take around a friend or relative's house to transfer copies for them.

Let Sandisk store your memories

If you got a PC then there's a high chance you got some form of portable memory device, be that a pen drive, memory stick, SD card …. I have a few with this on being one of the smaller ones. Costing me less than £10. I have this 4GB version, plus a 16GB type too. With other GB sizes available.

"enough storage size; "nice size

"no protection for connector end

Brilliant

I bought this a few weeks ago, for work purposes. It's small and compact and very easy to use. With a large GB it's perfect for all I need to put on it.
