Realy great product setting up user friendly .finds app accounts like netflix . Online purchase and pick up went smoothly

Excellent product as expected

TV was easy to set up. Good picture and sound. Would be nice if it has more display settings so the menu buttons could be bigger, but other than that it’s pretty good.

This Tv has beautiful colours on the led screen, can connect easily with the internet together with a Samsung phone, this is great upgrade from the 2010 tv I use to have.

I have had a 23 inch Samsung for some years and was extremely satisfied with it. That’s why I bought the new one which is extremely disappointing. It has two hdmi ports which don’t not appear as source ports and I have been unable to get them activated despite spending hours following all the trouble shooting instructions. I am not connected to the tv network and have no need to use it on line so the only part that I can use is the USB to access my hundreds of video files. I thought the first one had a fault and took it back. Unfortunately the new one is no better so I am completely lost. It should have been a simple process for dummies like me. Switch it go, go to source, access all the ports like my previous Samsung. I bitterly regret buying it.

Great TV has many great functions and the picture is clear and sharp. My reason for three stars is because it's advertised it comes with One remote function which mine did not. Instead, I received an old fashioned remote with lots of buttons. Makes it very hard to navigate a smart TV when you have a remote like this. Disappointed I didn't get the one remote as advertised, that was one of the reasons I purchased this TV. Otherwise, I can't fault the TV happy with that.

Good sized TV for the price with wonderful clear sharp picture however the sound quality is terrible. I've contacted Samsung who advised that it may need attending to but after reading a number of reviews it seems the cheap price came at the cost of good sound. Quite disappointing given I love my 2 other Samsung TV's which have amazing sound quality.

Great TV at a good price. Easy to set up and link my streaming services etc. Good interface and easy to use, crisp, clear picture, good sound quality. I wish the sleep timer function wasn't buried 6 clicks down in the settings menu.
