Very disappointed. Constant glitches and when I tried to reach out for technical support, discovered that HP acquired Samsung and HP is not willing to support this product. Go elsewhere.

Very good value and very cheap to run. It produces prints quickly and reliably. It is very simple and easy to maintain. We keep a spare ink cartridge, because there is very little warning it has ended. I would recommend it

This is a great all in one laser printer, but is a bit of a pain to set up. I had to download a bunch of different software from the Samsung Website in order to get it to print and scan via Mac OSX, but now it's working it's great. Setup on an iPhone and Android phone was also really quick.

It's our 3rd Samsung printer of exact type, other 2 broke down just week or two after warranty expired... Had enough of Samsung... def. moving to other brand!

Just bought this printer as I work from home & needed a reliable printer as I was having paper jam problems with my old printer & it was costing me a fortune on small cartridges. This printer is out of this world! I can't fault it. I can print from my iPhone & iPad from anywhere I am in the house.
