Excellent Printer with connectivity problems
Its a great printer, small in size, a bit noisy, excellent resolution printer, but when it comes with connectivity, its not so functional specially with MAC devices, with my S3 its working fine.

POTENTIAL BUT COMPLEX
This all in one laser machine is easy to set up for printing and copying BUT it is complex when scanning to PC. The limited toner life is also a potential problem depending upon usage.

Absolutely by far the best
This is the best copier, fax, and high speed scanner I have ever owned. I love the wireless intergration with my PC, laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Sure does reduce labor and increases productivity. I would definantely recommend this device to anyone who runs a small office or a team of employees.

Mono Laser Multifunction : Samsung SCX-3405W
When compared to the other Samsung mono laser printers I have reviewed, the SCX-3405W model is substantially larger. The reason for this increase in size, and weight, as my back can confirm, is down to the fact that this particular offering from Samsung is a multifunction device as it combines a...

Gets to Job Done
This printer performs all the basics very well. Double sided printing is manually performed. Paper tray is poorly designed compared to others I've owned.

Samsung SCX-3405W
The SCX-3405W is a good, versatile, mono laser all-in-one, where Samsung has obviously worked hard to provide an enhanced set of eco-facilities in what is still a very low cost machine.
Pros:
- Good quality black print
- Useful eco-driver options
- Convenient control panel
Cons:
- Flimsy paper support
- No paper tray cover
- Default duplex a nuisance

good printing; no scanning without WPS
So far this multi-function printer has suited my needs well. My main priority was having a wireless printer and while it took me a bit of time to set up the wireless functionality, it is very effective for that purpose.
Pros:
- easy to use
Cons:
- needs wps for scanning

Bought this unit for a small-office environment for its low cost and maintenance. The wireless was needed for networking, but the printer is kept within arm's reach so the lack of a duplexer is not a real issue. The software is simple and easy to configure although not as sophisticated as Canon's.
Pros:
- Low cost
- Good quality
- Multi-function
- Automatic sheet feeder
- Wireless.
Cons:
- No duplexer
