Even wondered if an 8K TV is worth the investment? Samsung's 2020 flagship is amazing enough to make you stand up and take notice.
Impressive picture quality; State-of-the-art image processing; Superior sonic performance; Sophisticated smart platform; Incredibly low input lag; Attractive design
No Dolby Vision or Atmos support; It's rather expensive; Lack of native 8K content
The Samsung QE65Q95T looks like a flagship 4K TV, is priced like a flagship 4K TV… but the need to make way for a cheaper Samsung 8K range in 2020 means it’s not quite as highly specified as Samsung’s 2019 flagship 4K TV, the Samsung Q90R. It’s significantly cheaper than the Q90R was, though, and remains a dazzling HDR performer that actually outguns its illustrious predecessor in some performance areas.
Excellent picture quality; Very good sound quality; Strong gaming features; Monolithic design;
It’s not cheap; Aggressive backlight dimming; No Dolby Vision support; Reduced dimming zones
Once you get past the fact that the QE65Q95T isn’t a truly direct successor to 2019’s flagship 4K TV and doesn’t support Dolby Vision, its stellar performance quickly soon wins you over.
Spectacular HDR picture quality; Powerful and involving sound; Strong operating sysgtem
It's not cheap; Bright objects can dim quite heavily when they appear against dark backgrounds; No Dolby Vision support
