We bought this monitor for our office because it is described as supporting the Microsoft 365 software. Teams, which is a part of that software, unfortunately is not supported. This is very disappointing. The smart Monitor only supports Google Duo. If we had known this before, we would have bought a cheaper Monitor, as we now have to connect a separate Laptop with it anyhow. PBTECH: Microsoft Team is supposed to be supported by the monitor, currently there is an issue on all Android devices for the software. This is a Microsoft issue, not a monitor issue.

The smart monitor is just made for me who crave for an outstanding screen to watch contents while don't wanna break my wallet for a 4k TV. Samsung does great jobs on their screens and this one does not disappoint. The fact that it doesn't reflect much makes it such a pleasure to view any time of the day. The modern n' sleek look is a huge jump from last years version too. Highly recommend.
