Samsung poor customer service and warranty!
I was initially completely satisfied with this watch. Absolutely loved the watch and functionality. After completing a recent update pushed by Samsung the touchscreen stopped working. After contacting customer support I was instructed to restart several times and then to factory reset.

I received this after doing a lot of research on the Frontier. Beware this is not the UK version therefore ths one I received did not have samsung pay and you are unable to install it. The customer service from Amazon was good ad always and a refund was processed for the item.

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!
TERRIBLE WARRANTY, STOPPED WORKING TO THE DATE, 3 MONTHS, SENT IT BACK TO SAMSUNG FOR REPAIR. REPLACED BATTERY AND SOMEHING ELSE AND LASTED ANOTHER 3 MONTHS AND COMPLETELY STOPPED AGAIN. I AM DEALING With SAMSUNG AGAIN AND NO ONE UNDERSTANDS, BECAUSE THEY OUTSOURCE TO INDIA OR SOMETHING.

Amazing smartwatch
I got the s3 frontier about 2 weeks ago. It's the best looking smartwatch out there. I love all the fitness features. I love the bezel, size and weight. I was surprised to find out it came out 3yrs ago as it's still so relevant today. I get 2.5 days out of a full charge.

Pros:
- Excellent design with the outer ring of the watch face allowing you to navigate through the various watch options and widgets
- Clear bright display with a decent battery life although I would still recommend charging as often as possible as using all wireless functions (GPS, Bluetooth etc) would...

Amazing watch worth shelling out for
I bought this for my son's birthday, I was so impressed with it that I bought the rose gold one for myself. It monitors your steps, heart rate, stress, fitness, sleep and you even swim with it on, it also gives you fitness recommendations. I also listen music and answer phone calls on it.

I'm blown away by how good this watch really is. Presentable packaging, amazing charging features, the magnetic base is a nice touch. Very easy to use, connects easily to my samsung galaxy s8 and records and keeps track of everything. I had to leave my watch home today, and I feel naked without it.
