Bought this watch to use with My S20 phone, thought it would be great combo. Recently (a few months after purchase) I have had issues with GPS / Strava failing on it, usually recording the first few km of a run/walk then just freezing and not recording anything else. As a fitness tracker that is unacceptable. The battery life of the watch is shocking, I'm lucky to get 2 days out of it, (that's without using the gps/tracking). I would not recommend this watch to anyone.

Heart rate monitor and ECG functions are inaccurate. I wore a 5 channel Phillips MCOT halter monitor for reference. Perhaps there will be a firmware fix but I am back to my trusty Fitbit. Also, the titanium band is a huge pain to size. Taking out links is like pulling your own teeth.

I have previously owned the galaxy watch 1 and 2. For the galaxy watch 2 the Battery lifetime over two days before I would have to charge it. Unfortunately the galaxy watch 3 seems to only last a little under a day.

Just want to say that I bought this watch to use it with my iPhone. Unfortunately the watch is not pair properly with iPhone. Most importantly you won’t be getting notifications for your emails, Spotify doesn’t pair, the photo attachments won’t open, and you can’t reply to any messages. The watch itself is pretty and has good quality but the battery drains really really quick, like half a day use with good screen brightness will drain the battery dry. The watch will probably work much better with Samsung phone but it’s not a good option for an apple user. The Harvey Norman customer service is a 5 star really, they accepted a refund with no drama. Watch is awesome, but one small problem is that you can't use google pay and Samsung pay is not supporting in New Zealand. So If you are thinking to buy a watch for paying just think before buying.

Galaxy is a good watch, but doubt if it is value for money compare to other smart watches in the market also to its predecessor model. It has effective health tracker, both heart beat and stress checker. Also, 39 different activities to track. Overall happy with the purchase.

The amazing Smartwatch provided by Samsung really stands out from the crowd. I have had it for four weeks and I must say, it blew my mind. Great information for nearly 30 exercises, used the ECG app, great reading of blood oxygen level.
