Pros:
- To be fair it’s a decent watch, not massively improved over the previous version, but better colour selections in the smaller size as not all women want the rose gold.

- I wasn’t made aware that the watch would require a separate contract to work with the 4G, I thought it “shared@ the mobile contract and nowhere did I see on the website that to get full functionality I’d have to purchase another contract to run alongside my other, if I’d have known this I’d have...

Easy to use, great features
This is my first samsung watch and was worried I wouldn't know how to use all the features, but I had nothing to worry about, easy to set up, easy to use, the workout app was easy to set. Photos transfer quite fast from the note 20 to the watch. I love that it has a dial for easy access to the apps. Easy to set up what notifications you receive and change if needed. I really love the bronze colour looks elegant on my wrist.

AMAZING- LOVE IT!!!
This would have to be the best watch ive ever purchased. Everything i wanted plus so much more. Absolutely love the colour. The only thing i can fault is the battery life. But really doesnt faze me as i charge it every night the same as my phone. If i skip a night- the battery lasts for pretty much 2 full days.

Great watch
I bought this for my wife to replace the Gear 2 watch which died. She had been using it primarily to keep track of her exercises and this new watch allows her to maintain her health regime during the pandemic, while adding new and improved features. The design is quite masculine and while she likes the look of Active 2 which is a natural fit for her (and would have been cheaper) it lacks a bezel. We did the next best thing and got her a silicone strap which softens the look. She loves it.
