Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 R850 (41mm, Mystic Bronze) - BRAND NEW review
- To be fair it’s a decent watch, not massively improved over the previous version, but better colour selections in the smaller size as not all women want the rose gold.
- I wasn’t made aware that the watch would require a separate contract to work with the 4G, I thought it “shared@ the mobile contract and nowhere did I see on the website that to get full functionality I’d have to purchase another contract to run alongside my other, if I’d have known this I’d have...

With an ECG app and trip detection, the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 offers significant health-focused upgrades over its predecessors, and is one of the best alternatives to the Apple Watch.- Beautiful classic watch design
- Rotating physical bezel for easy navigation
- Bright
- sharp screen
- New health and safety features
- including an ECG app and trip detection
- Auto detects select exercises
- Lots of watch face options
- Blood pressure app may not be available in the US

New Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 41mm R850 Mystic Bronze review
I bought it 3 days ago. Looks nice and pretty easy to start up and use. But sadly a lot of apps are not compatible and if they are, it is only in a form of a notice and minimum reply. By example: google fit can't receive the health data.
Brilliant watch NO ECG App
went from a apple watch Series 5 to samsung love the watch but totally gutted to see that in fact there Is no ECG app on it available in the Uk think its a bit misleading and should state on the website that this is not available yet as alot of people may buy this watch for this and there is no clear dare when it is coming to the uk. switched from apple to Samsung and this isthe only disapointed thing I have wrong with my product
New Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 41mm R850 Mystic Bronze review
I was using a Galaxy Active and decided to upgrade to the Galaxy 3, but it feels like a downgrade. This watch is insanely bulky and way thicker than I ever expected. For how large it is I expected it to be a really smooth experience, but it's actually less responsive and laggier than my old Galaxy...
Very poor battery life
I switched from a Gear Sport which with my normal use was lasting 2 days. I was expecting at least the same from this one giving the fact that my Gear Sport is 3 years old. But I was very disappointed when this watch died after 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours.I took the watch at 11am and at 5pm the watch died. Yes, for 3 out of 6 hours the watch was disconnected from the phone and probably was on LTE mode. Bus 6 hours for such and expensive watch...c'mon. Planning to return as soon as get back from holiday.
Im a big samsung fan, but I have been dissapointed
I have bought all three devices that came out. The Samsung Galaxy Note20, Samsung Watch3, and the Air Buds. The Samsung Watch3 has been a major disappointment. The battery life is terrible (anywhere from 1 day to 2 days max), the sleep tracking does NOT work properly. I am not the only one, in the Samsung community, I raised the issue and a lot of other people have the same issue. It is not showing any deep sleep even though I know I have had a very good night's sleep (my previous FitBit 2 watch was so accurate! a comparison with FitBit2 is honestly a joke, Fitbit2 technology is far superior). Apart from that, the watch does look good and fancy. The most important things for me were sleep tracking, sports, and battery, and I have been disappointed in 2/3... I don't recommend anyone to buy this if you are using your watch for sleep tracking and if you are looking for large battery life.
technology is simply not there yet.
Very disappointing for several reasons: Poor battery life. Can't use Google pay, locked-in to samsung pay which supports none of my 3 UK banks. Laggy+clunky UI - either down to underperforming hardware or buggy OS HR monitor is laughably inaccurate compared to manual check and the watch's own ECG - showed almost double the rate on the continuous HR monitor compared to the ECG. sO2, Blood pressure, and ECG cannot be used on the move, meaning they're useless for any sort of training analysis. Spotify app is unusable, even when tracks are eventually downloaded, app constantly glitches, interrupting play. Returning for a full refund, might try a samsung watch again in a few years but for now it's simply not a good product. Exterior design is nice though, if a little chunky.
