I got this tab because there was no tab 3 left and I am glad I did it is wonderful to use so easy to setup, the software is brilliant, the features are slightly different than the tab 3 but In a better way.
easy to use
The tablet functions well for everything from messaging to Internet searching. The unit receives better Verizon 4G and WiFi signals than my phone. The included apps are good, but as usual there are many apps that are not really useful.
Brilliant Tablet, the only reason i dont give it 5 stars is that i dont enjoy sitting on top of the plug socket when charging. if the cable was about 20 inches longer i could sit in bed and use it while charging, the plug socket is right next to the bed but i still have to sit on the side while...
Just used it for couple of days. I have tab 2 which actually is better then this tab 4. No flash with camera and camera result is very poor. Touch is not frequent some times.
Order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The tablet works very well for everything I have tried to do with it, connecting seamlessly with my home network and with open networks around town easily. Added 32 gb card so there is plenty of storage for what I need to do.
The 10-inch version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 doesn't have a lot going for it, except for its low price. It's generally under-powered, but is probably sufficient for the less demanding user, and is certainly a bargain.
Down the pecking order from the Tab S comes the Galaxy Tab 4, a middling tablet for people who don't want to shell out big bucks for the best stuff. But does it do enough to make it worth your consideration?
Decent processor; slim but sturdy build; expandable memory; decent battery life
TouchWiz might be a bit busy for some; not waterproof; poor cameras
I got this tablet in mid December, early Christmas gift, you know? I was excited to open the box and pop out a fine Samsung tablet, and when I did, I was nowhere near disappointed. The design was nice and sleek, and that's surprising with a plastic body.
Beautiful UI; Nice body design; Excellent battery life
Occasional lag; High price point ($320
Some might say we have an addiction to the Samsung Galaxy 7 inch tablets and that is fine. My kids all got one year the Galaxy Tab 2 and they worked great. They loaded things quickly, were extremely responsive and the kids had no complaints.
