Samsung Galaxy S9+ Plus (64GB, Midnight Black) - Excellent review
For the last month I’ve been using the Galaxy S9+ from Samsung and comparing it with the Galaxy S9 here and there to see what the major differences were. If you’ve read my reviews before, you know that I prefer over their , but the S line is not far behind the Note line anymore, like it was a few...
Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Review: Enter the Snapdragon 845
I'm happy to report that upon initial setup with the Galaxy S9+ the user is given a choice to download Samsung's default apps - or not! Having an out-of-box experience using many stock Google apps creates an experience close enough to a Pixel to make this a nice alternative to Google hardware for...

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Smartphone 64GB Lilac Purple SM-G965FZPANZC review
Our deep dive testing reinforces the feeling that both the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are great phones, sitting atop the market as of their release. Their weaknesses are generally relegated to features rather than capabilities, but there’s always room for improvement.Samsung Galaxy S9+ Smartphone 64GB Lilac Purple SM-G965FZPANZC review
This will be a short summary. The Galaxy S9+ is the most fully-featured smartphone around today. And in terms of all-round performance, it is hard to beat. In my opinion, this is the best smartphone by a mile. That is it on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus review.
Fragile curved glass display
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S9 six days ago and on the sixth day I noticed a hairline crack on the curved glass display. The glass may be tough on the flat surface but it is very fragile on the curved area. I would not recommend any phone with curved glass unless you keep a case on it at all times.- Poor quality
DO NOT BUY, AMAZON & SAMSUNG are complete garbage. Not unlocked, Will not work on Sprint
Received the phone, Was tricky to turn on with sprint, Finally got it turned on, After about 6 weeks I got a black screen and the phone wouldn't power on or work in any way. Amazon / samsung sent a replacement, Got the replacement and its been a nightmare to turn on with sprint, In the end sprint...
Samsung Galaxy S9+ SM-G965F Smartphone 64GB Midnight Black 2 year warranty
I have had this phone for about a month now and it has been absolutely awesome. The fingerprint scanner on the back seems to work really efficiently and I have not had any issues with software/app speed or user-friendliness.
The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is undoubtedly a good phone, if not a very good phone. While not a revolutionary upgrade, Samsung focused on minor improvements and many of these have led to a better smartphone than the Galaxy S8+. However at the same time, several areas of the Exynos model are disappointing.
- Attractive, improved design with lots of killer features
- Display is still excellent, despite no major upgrades
- Strong camera performance
- Disappointing performance and battery life from the Exynos model
- Glass construction remains fragile
- Galaxy S8 owners have no reason to upgrade
