Samsung Galaxy S8 Dual SIM SM-G950FD 64GB
Samsung Galaxy S8 is the new flagship phone from Samsung. The Korean company announced it on March the 29th 2016.
The screen measures 5.8 inches and almost covers the entire front area thanks to the curved edges and the removal of the physical home button. Samsung applies an Infinitive Design for the screen, which makes it appear larger than it is. The aspect ratio is slightly taller than most other phones at 18.5 x 9. This aspect ratio allows Samsung to offer split screens and therefore two apps can be viewed at the same time.
Galaxy S8 comes with Samsung's own voice assistant called Bixby and offers face recognition in addition to iris scanning and fingerprint sensor.

With many phones looking like clones, or brands nonchalantly pushing out the same old design year-on-year, Samsung is in that favourable position of offering something exciting in the Galaxy S8. It's a phone that defines flagship design with its visually arresting dual curved edges.
Pros:
- The most eye-catching phone design you can buy today
- great-looking 18.5:1 aspect ratio AMOLED screen is ideal for entertainment (even more so when HDR comes into play)
- best Samsung software experience to date
- decent battery life and optimisations
- rear camera is excellent
Cons:
- Fingerprint scanner is poorly placed
- iris and face recognition logins have limited success
- Bixby button initially useless
- connectivity can cause issues with perfect playback/graphical functions

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is finally here after months of leaks and rumors. Samsung's current flagship is undoubtedly the best smartphones they have made. From its design and features, it goes to show that the Korean company isn't backing down despite a disastrous 2016.

Samsung shovels in the features (as usual) but at least the important ones are good... Very good. It's not cheap but it excels where it matters and that camera is outstanding.
