The new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F is a classy looking phone that comes in seven colour options; including silver, metallic blue, gold, and pearl black. Not only is this Smartphone great to look at, but it’s also one of the stronger models Samsung has produced. With a "Corning Gorilla Glass 4" back panel, you can be assured of extra strength in case your phone is dropped or banged.

Processor & memory

The aesthetics of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F in no way take away from its functionality. The quad-core 2x2.15 GHz Kryo & 2x1.6 GHz Kryo G9350 CPU works together with the 4 GB RAM to deliver a superior smoothness in operation. Your phone will also come with an onboard memory of 32GB, and you have the option to upgrade your space with a MicroSD card of up to 256GB.

Screen

The display screens on these phones are nothing short of magnificent. A Super AMOLED 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen offers you 16M different colours at a resolution you’ll never want to downgrade from. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F also comes with standard screen protection from TouchWiz UI. It’s an always-on display screen and its also curved for extra protection.

Camera & video

This smartphone’s primary camera is a 12 MP with an LED flash & auto focus functionality. What’s significantly impressive are the three video settings you can choose to utilise. These settings include:

  • 2160p@30fps

  • 1080p@60fps

  • 720p@240fps

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Review

It's priced to ride the coat tails of the iPhone. But while it is a very good Android device, there is much better value to be had elsewhere. This phone has appeared in our Top Rated Android Phones in 2016 list and Which phones have the best cameras? list.
Pros:
  • Well built
  • Good camera
  • Unique design
  • Water and dust resistant (IP68)
Cons:
  • Edges can cause usage issues
  • Seems expensive for the sake of it

Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE review

Lust. That’s what Samsung was counting on with the Galaxy S6 edge: enough people seeing its curvaceous AMOLED screen and uncontrollably coughing up the premium over its flat-fronted sibling.

Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE review

The Galaxy S7 in a lot of ways represents the sort of end game for the smartphone market, but before we get into these kinds of overarching discussions I want to recap everything we’ve learned about the Galaxy S7 before we get into the conclusion in earnest, which includes part 1 of this review .

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Competition in the realm of larger premium smartphones is intense. The Nexus 6P, the Galaxy Note 5, the LG V10 , and the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 all have unique advantages, and I could easily recommend any of them.
Pros:
  • Top-of-the-line in every way
  • More Edge functionality than in last year's models
  • Long battery life
Cons:
  • Expensive
  • Not much internal storage

Very Disappointed.

After being a loyal Samsung/Galaxy customer for many years today is a sad day. After only owning my Galaxy S7 Edge for 13 days I have cracked/shattered my front screen. First of all I didn't even drop the phone, my phone was in my lap and I was tossing my lighter (maybe 5in above the phone) and...

Cons:
  • Su capa Touchwiz
  • aun siendo más ligera
  • sigue pesando lo suyo
  • Hay que acostumbrarse a la pantalla edge
  • Sus funciones edge pueden pasar rápidamente al olvido
