I have had this phone for over a year now and to this day I have mixed feelings about it. Overall the phone has been fairly reliable, no hardware failures as such. However after 6 months of use freezing issues and random behavior began.- Speed

Bought this device from Google, replaced twice to brand new ones. Still lot of problems. Device reboots friquently, bt interfering with other wireless communication. Unable to get more then 250hours of drive uptime. Overheats for some unknown reason. Device lags and losing cell signal periodically.- Camera

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is now two and a half years old, and not only was it replaced by the Korean firm's 2014 flagship offering, the Galaxy S5 , but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has also been on the market since March this year. That means that the Galaxy S4 is now feeling a little long in the tooth.
Very Disappointed!
I purchased this phone for my son and had it sent directly to him. I was very disappointed to find out that it won't work with his T-Mobile account as it states in the description!!
freezes up
worked for a few minutes, then freezes up. tried everything, downloaded updates, removed battery, to no avail will be returning it

Excellent Value
I purchased this phone for use with a T-Mobile family plan,inserted the SIM and memory card from my old phone and it was ready to go except that it would not send text messages to more than one contact at a time. Staff at the local T-Mobile store adjusted the settings and solved the problem.
Seller and the product both are perfect
Phone is delivered before the given time. Packaging is very good. The phone is very good and light weight. Multiple extra and new functionality in this. Good internal memory. Don't think there is too much heating problem.
