Smart looking Mobile which still cuts it
I have had this now over a month and can confirm it is a genuine Samsung mob with european warranty. Out the box the OS is KitKat with a firmware upgrade to KitKat 4.4.2. At the time of writing Android 5 is not available, however Samsung are releasing 5.1 within the first quarter.

newegg stuff is always excellent. shipping, packaging, the whole 9 yards. I bought a lot of stuff here and I never had a problem or had to return anything. that's why I don't even bother to look at other sites.

Good value but non-upgraderable operating system.
Good value. Is an unlocked AT&T AGH-1337 phone which means it has a locked bootloader. Do not 4expect to upgrade this phone using 3rd party Android roms without a lot of technical expertise. Mine came loaded with Android 4.4.2 (Kit-Kat) and did NOT update from AT&T to their 5.0.1 (Lollypop) release.

I love samsung
All of my gadgets (tablets and phones) are always samsung. I love this phone best of all. love the amount of internal memory and so many features A+++
