Samsung Galaxy S22 review: Packed, in a compact shell
The Galaxy S22 feels like a phone that is specifically made for certain users, and I am one of them.
Samsung Galaxy S22 5G (256GB, Pink Gold) - Excellent review
For those that want more size and performance there are the S22 Plus and S22 Ultra options too. But for a do-it-all option that doesn’t break the bank, the S22 is a valiant contender for Android flagship standing against the Apple iPhone 13 competition.- Compact design, Excellent display
- Slow charging, Small battery
Samsung Galaxy S22 5G (256GB, Pink Gold) - Excellent review
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is small, fast, and offers a clean and reliable Android experience. It's an incremental update that keeps what was good in the S21, and upgrades the camera, processor, and materials to create a solid Android device.- Small and solidly built, Attractive design, Excellent performance
- Not a major update, Camera system pales in comparison to its Ultra cousin, Small screen
As good as my S20 ultra.
Very good camera and good storage.
Samsung Galaxy S22 (Review Samsung Galaxy S22)
A small phone with lots of power- Excellent signal strength, Premium power, True 3x zoom camera, High-quality build and design
- Short battery life
Samsung Galaxy S22 (256GB, Phantom White) AU - Pristine review
“The Galaxy S22 is a fairly capable phone that should be on top of your Android phone buying list thanks to its handy build, top-notch performance, capable cameras, and long-term software update policy.”- Pleasingly compact and sturdy build, A gorgeous flat OLED screen, Best-in-class Android OS upgrade policy, Reliable cameras, Fluid performance
- Small battery that drains quickly, Charging speeds really need a boost, Ultrawide camera has a distortion quirk, Runs hot quickly under load
Samsung Galaxy S22 5G (256GB, Pink Gold) - Excellent review
It may be a year old but the Samsung Galaxy S22 remains an excellent compact phone, with superb performance and an excellent camera being particular highlights. However, it’s let down by lacklustre battery life.- Strong and versatile camera, Classy design, Excellent performance, For those looking for a manageably-sized phone that delivers fast performance and appealing photos , the S22 is a stylish choice.
- Lacking battery life, Small size won’t suit everyone, If you’re looking for a phone that will get you through a busy day’s work and play reliably , the battery here is a disappointment.
Samsung Galaxy S22 revisited: Is it still worth buying in 2023?
With the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G there seems to be a change, a shift in pace that can cause heartaches to Samsung fans who want to move on. In this in-depth review of the Samsung Galaxy S22, we are going to take a look at the introductory flagship that made me toss and turn.- Really nice to look at, Great display, Adequate performance, Excellent cameras, The selfies are just right, Four years of OS updates and five years of security patches
- Dysfunctional shape, Heats up easily, 3700 mAh is not enough, Very slow charging, Few changes from the S21
Battery life is non-existent
I always turn my new phone on battery saving mode. Even on battery saving mode and using my phone for just browsing and social media (no games), the longest the battery life it can get is 1.5days. The camera though is great, but all the positive aspects of the phone are useless if you have to charge so often.
Samsung Galaxy S22 5G (256GB, Pink Gold) - Excellent review
Ahead of today's Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event, Samsung had teased the introduction of "the most noteworthy S series device we've ever created," and had even been accepting reservations , with a $50 credit serving as an incentive for doing so.
