Review: Samsung Galaxy S II, Epic 4G Touch is the best Sprint Android phone of 2011

It's been awhile since I reviewed an Android device, so let's jump right to the point. The is the best Android phone of 2011. At least for another week (maybe less). We often joke that new Android phones come out every week, but next week happens to be special. Google and Samsung are ...

Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone review

The original Galaxy S was a fairly impressive device, but this latest reboot takes things to another level, with a dual core processor, AMOLED screen, 8-megapixel camera, over-the-air data syncing and much more, all squeezed into a shockingly slim case.

Still Going Strong 6 Years On

I've owned 2 of these phones since April of 2011 and I'm still not disappointed by the performance they have. Every 2 years the battery tends to lose its ability to hold charge so that can be easily and cheaply replaced.
Pros:
  • Very well built
  • Modern Design
  • Rugged screen
  • Brilliant Call Quality
  • Still Relevant 8.0 MegaPixel Camera
  • 3.5mm audio quality
Cons:
  • UI Feels slower after years of use
  • Stock Battery Life is very limited
  • Starting to fail (vibrate motor
  • charging port
  • Very quick to heat up under load

Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch

I got this phone the week it was released for full price at a sprint store and have been using it ever since (about ten months)- I have been utterly impressed with the device! I rarely write reviews, but this phone has been consistently amazing ever since I received it in the mail a few days ago.

Samsung Galaxy S II Android phone

Let's start this review by getting one thing out of the way first: the Samsung Galaxy S II is the best Android phone on the market, by far. It may also be the best smartphone on the market, period; even if we think this ultimately comes down to personal preference.
Pros:
  • Excellent performance and brilliant display
  • Ultra-thin and light design
  • Great multimedia features
Cons:
  • Text hard to read when zoomed out in browser
  • Plastic battery cover and no camera button
  • Volume on earpiece could be louder

Samsung Galaxy S II review

Samsung has pulled out all the stops with the Galaxy S II i9100. It's squeezed its best-quality 4.3-inch screen, an 8MP camera and a super-fast dual-core processor into a surprisingly slim case. In fact, at 8.49mm at its thinnest point, Samsung claims it's the world's thinnest smartphone.
