Checked out a lot of reviews before deciding on the note 9, New 10 was almost here and the price had dropped enough to be able to buy it. Really happy as has heaps of storage that I wanted, the note 10 does a few more things but the software is the same. Really great product

Have had the note 9 for almost a year now and I love the phone. I didnt think I would like anything better than my note 4 but i do. I have been with Samsung for about eight years and I have had no problems with my phones. But this one is exceptional. I enjoy the ram size and the internal memory.

Water cooled graphics card; Ram size; Internal memory; Great display size; Great battery; Developer options; Pie operating system; The S pen; Overall quality wether it be usage or performance

None that I can think of as long as you know how to set up all the settings right and clean the phone regularly

Really happy with my purchase! Glad I did it as it was a last minute decision. The phone has great features that I am still exploring. Love the colour and the S-Pen which is really useful!
