This phone is awesome just simply beautiful color silver fast speed and downloads more than what i expected

Not a premium device anymore
After one year of use and the latest update, the device won't hold is charge anymore. Going from 100% to 65% of battery in 7 hours of standby time. It use to loose 7% of battery before. It "was" an excellent device all across the board. Please Samsung, release a new firmware.

Very nice product and fast delivery
Very nice product and fast delivery.....but i suffered with a manufacturing defect......the top lef corner is having a loose fitting to the screen......hope i will get a replacement

A great smartphone and a major step up from my Note 1. Product arrived a week before estimated time. Had no problems starting it up.

phone calls cut out
Most of the my phone calls cut out as if I am out of range or I have dropped calls. My contract is up and I will be switching to a different phone

I have had a note 3,4,edge ,and now a note 5 and what a phone it is nice bright screen the speaker isn't the best placed but quite loud 32gb of storage but can you remember when most phones had 4gb off storage

The phone had a few glitches that were worked out easily, but the charger was completely unacceptable. The charger is not one that can be used by the phone since it is not an adaptive fast charger. In addition, the charger that was provided had an LG cord and an Alcatel charging base.
