Samsung Galaxy Note 4

The Galaxy Note 4 is Samsung's phablet follow-up to the Note 3 . The Note really isn't cheap at launch. If you buy it directly from Samsung it will cost you an eye-watering £629 SIM-free, but you can find it for less if you shop around. These days it costs a lot less.

Exceptionally sharp; vibrant screen; Brilliant battery life; Solid all-round camera; Packs plenty of power

S-Pen app discovery needs work; Plastic back still feels tacky; Some software features are not easy to find; Very expensive

We've been waiting to get our mitts on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 ever since it first launched, and it looks like it's been worth the wait! Samsung's promising that its latest phablet packs in enough tech to put most other high-end blowers to shame, but is it just too much for something that can barely...

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the South Korean giant's best phablet to date, cramming in top of the line specs into a new and improved body; It feels slightly classier than the Note 3 it replaces, partly due to the aluminium chassis, but also due to the curved edges at the top and bottom similar to...

Despite all the high-end tech; the Galaxy Note 4 falls down when it comes to software; and if you want the latest Android Lollipop OS; you may be better served by a Google Nexus 6 - unless you're prepared to wait.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 vs Note 4 comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was one of the biggest smartphone (or phablet) launches of 2014. With significantly faster hardware and a fantastic Quad HD screen, and now available from just £449, you don't need us to help you decide whether you should buy the Note 4.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the best phablet we have seen to date. And while the iPhone 6 Plus may steal some consumers, Android fans are getting the complete package here.

Top quality metal design; Quad HD display; Great low-light images

Pretty large; TouchWiz is not perfect; Pricey

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 review - King of the phablets

It's expensive, but the Note 4 is the king of giant phones with its stunning screen, excellent design and long-lasting battery

Great condition large screen

Great condition and keenly priced the note 4 is still a very powerful large screen mobile phone. I have since put my tablet away so no need to carry 2 devices - this one does it all

Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Samsung is no stranger to large phones and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is no exception. Measuring a whopping 6 x 3.1 x 0.3 inches, the Note 4 is not ideal for one-handed use. Reviewers were pleasantly surprised with its fairly lightweight 176 grams and comfortable grip.

Incredibly sharp and vibrant display; Snappy processor with no dips in performance; Improved camera for crisper images and better low-light photography

Faux-leather back feels cheap; Too big to use one-handed; No visible difference between standard HD and QHD

Expected a little longer use

This item was delivered in reasonable time. If I'm using my phone quite a bit during the day it only lasts about 10 hours. My 2 year old battery lasts longer. I wouldn't recommend this

BEST DEVICE ON THE MARKET

I have owned every single Note phone 1 through 4 and Samsung never fails to please. Each generation gets better than the last to do nothing but performe better, bottom line! I would give it 10 stars if i could!

Samsung's Galaxy Note 4 reviewed

Now that we've seen Apple do its first take on the whole big phone thing, it's time to see Samsung make its Note phablet better than ever.

Holy pigeon; that screen is freakin' amazing; looking clearer than the competition and boasting an extra boost when sunlight hits it; Amazeballs 4G speeds supporting Category 6 (first phone locally to do so; Solid performance; Support for high-resolution audio; The first time in a few years that...

Not so amazing battery life; Samsung's S Pen feels like it does less; No waterproofing like its S5 brother; Images still don't rotate in the gallery until you press a button (sigh
