Smartphones within the Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 price range have started to sport a much more premium appeal as can be seen with the recent smartphone launches. Samsung, in this range, has one such contender by the name of Galaxy J8.

Four days ago, we posted the photo that you see above on Instagram and asked you guys to guess what phone it was. Out of all the guesses, only one of you got it right. It was the Samsung Galaxy J8.

I would say as a person who uses there phones quite allot this really suits my needs, the display is big and of a higher stander then most and is something that catches the eye. the battery is good and will last me the day with modernist use as well.

Samsung launched the Galaxy J8 (SM-J810G) in the ‘Galaxy J Series' last month , and it was introduced in May. This is one of the smartphones from Samsung to pack a HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with 18.5:9 screen ratio.

Samsung continues the On-series by unveiling a new smartphone Galaxy On8 in India at a price of ₹15,900. It was announced exclusively on Flipkart's Big Billion Day Sale and the price was slashed to ₹14,900 for a limited period. Now it's back to its original price.

Good camera with 1.7 lens but no optical image stabilisation. Lacks essential sensors Vibrant display but bulky pixels due to low HD+ resolution. Expected type C and a glass body at this price range. Awfully slow processors in comparison with other phone of this price range.

I brought this phone as my s7 edge went for a swim and it is a great phone does what I need to do and for the price its great … Pretty good for a smart phone

To sum it up, The Galaxy J8 has an impressive camera – both front and back. They're comparable to those of pricier Huawei Nova 3i and Oppo F9 . The battery is good enough and will easily last you for a day.
