Samsung has successfully managed to further develop its Galaxy J3 top-seller. The camera is great and its resolution has been boosted compared with the predecessor. Although the screen is no longer an AMOLED, it is brighter.

Great customer service! By continually asking for "other" I was able to reach a customer service representative quickly and she stayed patiently with this senior from the 20th Century (on the verge of tears) until we had resolved the problem (that of a forgotten password).

I am not really a fan of smartphones and I see little need for and hate the word "apps". I had a galaxy s3 for 5 years and finally cracked the screen. But I never cracked the phone and I doubt seriously that I will ever understand this one either.

Donot have hybrid sim slot, have 2+1 slots 2 sim and sd card separate, Removable battery, amoled display, 5" screen very handy and big; Fits in your paln; 2gb ram 16gb internal memory (user 10gb approx)

I had to return this phone because it was supposed to be similar free but I ended up losing all my contacts..the phone itself is very nice looking but unfortunately it was a used one

I was initially really pleased with this phone and thought it was great. Did all the things I expected it to. Unfortunately after only 9months it developed a fault and since then it has been an absolute pain! Crashing all the time.
