Its J series of devices have been runaway hits, and the with the J3, Samsung is hoping to consolidate the position of the J series as one of the best options for anyone looking for a reasonably powerful smartphone on a tight budget.

Yes, it needs a nano SIM card - just get one, typically $10 at a phone store. So far the phone is good. I was able to put in my Rogers SIM card and it worked right away. The biggest problem the Galaxy J3 faces is the fact that its stablemate, the Galaxy J5, is better.
My husband got this phone as a replacement and for the price you can't moan about it. He can do everything on it he could do on his old much more expensive Samsung phone. Only downfall he's noticed is the slow charge compared to newer High range phones, but considering the price difference its not...
