This is my first smartphone, and it seems to meet my needs. Wish it came with a little more detailed users manual. But overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Bought over a year ago and seemed ok at first. Recurrent big issues with phone being unresponsive. Also major problems accessing banking online so bank staff completely closed it down and restarted it. Major disappointment in phone. Very slow.

Wouldn't have bought this if I had known it was one of those phones which have no access to the battery. Have had to replace batteries before which did not last two years.

My husband got this phone as a replacement and for the price you can't moan about it. He can do everything on it he could do on his old much more expensive Samsung phone. Only downfall he's noticed is the slow charge compared to newer High range phones, but considering the price difference its not...

This is a great mobile. Easy to use. It has all the features you would expect from Samsung. My only gripe is it has only 8GB storage. I thought this would be more than enough as I don't store photos and music on my phone.

Slow, freezes a lot wouldn't really recommend unless desperate like I was as needed a phone before I went away. Does the job tho only had it a week and storage is full already son need a memory card.

I absolutely love this phone! Mine came with Verizon already on the phone but I only had to disable their apps and my pay as you go Bell plan works perfectly. Photos are brilliant, still plenty of storage left after installing every single all I need, really I couldn't of asked for a better phone.

I normally don't give any reviews do to my lazy computer writing. But I felt I needed to put my input base on the two negative reviews I read. First off I am not in any way affiliated with Verizon. I will say I got this phone to replace my daughter same model as this one she broke.

Suits my daughter and good value for money. Works well and easy to use.

I brought this product as a gift to replace another....It was greatly received and very much liked gift as it was easy to use for the person and I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who needs a product like this!!!
