Oh lordy what a fool I have been for years I was adiment I did not need a dryer because they were too expensive to run caught on fire shrunk clothes and made the laundry mouldy. How wrong I was. I love my heat pump dryer. It is so user friendly and gentle on my clothes even my cloth nappies!

Products works and let's see if it save electricity.

Bought this 3 years ago and it’s had to be fixed 3 times. Never really dries well and takes forever to dry things. The customer service however has been great esp from JBhifi.

We purchased the matching pair of washer and seperate heat pump dryer, had it less then 6 months and it has already been fixed once for excessive grinding noise, I find it is not always drying the clothes completely but fleece items are the worst it you can be sure the dryer turns off after 10 or 15 mins so now the repair shop is taking it to be fixed. I will be sure to let those looking for a dryer to stay clear of Samsung heat pump dryer because its very expensive and leaves you withwet clothes and more frustrated.

I've had this product for more than 18 months and it has been a great improvement on our previous machine (not Samsung). It dries efficiently, quietly and uses less energy to do so. It is easy to clean and maintain and fits into our laundry wonderfully.

Pieces of rubbish. 6 months old and broketwice, first time after 2 weeks without it for 3 weeks and now its failed again, wanted to use other words but it will not let me. I am so over Samsung and their unfit for purpose products. Stay well clear.

Had the dryer for 12months now, my partner wanted a dryer so I made sure it was an energy efficient and I can't fault it. Never had any problems and our items we have put through the dryer has come out dry. Hardly notice it on the powerbill.
