Worth every penny !!
I bought this drive because I heard I could get my computer to be faster and boy is it ever!! Definitely get one of these for your laptop and you'll wish you had done it sooner like I do!!

Switched SSHD in my b?rbarPC with SSD from Samsung after reading tests and recommendations and are very satisfied. Old fashioned hdd limiting productivity in a modern PC. All new PCs must have at least one SSD to OS and preferably be without hdd as it consumes more power and is slower.

6-month review.
If you're on the fence about an SSD, pull the trigger and buy this drive. Worried about the 150TB lifecycle of writes I was. Let me put your mind at ease: I reloaded my entire OS (Windows 10), reloaded X-Plane, a ton of orthographic scenery, and all my daily-driver programs.
Pros:
- This drive is everything you have heard
Cons:
- None
- Well, maybe that its price-point seems to have stalled I bought it at a great price, and this product's price is pretty stable

Excellent Drive
I use this as my game drive with a 250 Pro as my boot/OS drive; load times are super fast and it hasn't given me any issues in a year.....would recommend.

The best SSD on the market.
I managed to find this drive on a Rakuten special price for $110. At that price this is an absolute steal. This drive is lightning fast and blows away other quality SSDs. It literally transfers data at twice the speed of my PNY SSD drive and that one flies!

Likely the best SSD w/the worst warranty replacement policy
I was having issues and asked for the drive to be replaced. WD & Seagate have an advanced replacement where I give them a credit card, they ship me the replacement & I ship the old drive back. Samsung does not do this, this is their policy: We do Repair First procedure now.

I just got it for my laptop and it was really it to migrate everything with the Samsung migration software. And it is very fast : my laptop now boots in about 8-10 secs, which is great for me.

Really happy with this purchase
Just what the doctor ordered for my gaming laptop Lenovo Y50-70. The Crystal Disk Mark 5 and AS SSD scores are off the roof after enabling the RAPID and Over-provisioning function using Samsung Magacian (see attached pics). The SSD has catapulted the performance of my laptop.

Samsung SSD
Installed the 1TB 850 EVO as my factory hard drive was failing. Admittedly I dont really know what I'm doing here, but after gettting the proper SATA-USB3 cable the installation was fairly painless. My BIOS time is now less than 4Sec, Protools loads in probably less than 10sec.
