Good product, but I bought this product for the rapid feature with the ram. I have always enjoyed most of my electronics from Samsung. This is a good SSD, but if you buy it to enable rapid mode, be aware it would not let me enable it in Windows 10.
The look of the item can trick you to think it is a 2.5" standard physical size. But it needs an adaptor in my application before in my laptop.
