Ever since the release of Diablo, the action RPG genre has exploded. One of the early releases was Sacred on the PC. While it never gained the traction of the Diablo series, it sold enough copies to warrant a couple of sequels.

Its multriplayer fun in a repetitive button mashing 'gauntlet' sort of way. Opening graphics were great. In game graphics are functional. But audio? Was the in game 'adviser' narration done by a breathlessly excited american high school girl? And not in a good way.

Disclaimer: I'm not much of a gamer, and I did not play Sacred or Sacred 2, so I lack games to compare this to. That being said I have enjoyed playing Sacred 3. I've primarily played it as a multi-player game with my husband (and online players).
