Not as bad as people make it out to be. Me and my boyfriend bought each other this game for our anniversary as we both loved scared 2. Compared to scared 2 yes i would agree that that is miles better. BUT! sacred 3 is a fun game too. It does have a feel of diablo 3 but with less loot.

Its multriplayer fun in a repetitive button mashing 'gauntlet' sort of way. Opening graphics were great. In game graphics are functional. But audio? Was the in game 'adviser' narration done by a breathlessly excited american high school girl? And not in a good way.

Disclaimer: I'm not much of a gamer, and I did not play Sacred or Sacred 2, so I lack games to compare this to. That being said I have enjoyed playing Sacred 3. I've primarily played it as a multi-player game with my husband (and online players).

Purchased this product recently from Tesco they had the best price for the title I could find and it was swiftly delivered in perfect condition.

Ever since the release of Diablo, the action RPG genre has exploded. One of the early releases was Sacred on the PC. While it never gained the traction of the Diablo series, it sold enough copies to warrant a couple of sequels.

This game is nothing like the previous one. It is entirely on-rails. There is no freedom to explore, no side quests and no items. This is a miserable legacy that shames the series.

Sacred 3 ditches open-world exploration and instead opts for a more linear level structure. Unfortunately this change in design seeps into every facet of the game and the result drowns the proceedings in mediocrity.
