When I opened the box I first noticed one of the lights had popped out and to my surprise I had to push it pretty hard to pop it back in. Then I noticed that the front push button switches were not lining up with the holes they were supposed to poke out of. In effect all buttons were depressed at once. Had to pull it apart and file the housing so they aligned and could protrude out the holes properly. All that fixed I hung it on the wall and then noticed that it was twisted. Front right corner was more than10 mm lower than the rest. After some thought and controlled and considerable force I have managed to straighten it. The light intensity is disappointingly low but apart from that it does seem to work reasonably.
