Great for price

If you want an all-round good keyboard that doesn't have that mechanical keyboard price this is it. The typing feel is actually pretty good for a non-mechanical keyboard, Wrist rest is great and RGB control that syncs with just about everything.

Solid and comfortable keyboard

What you would expect from a brand like Razer at a price like this. Excellent

Unicorn Vomit and all the other good stuff

I don't see why you would get anything fancier. Has all the RGB you could want Has all the clickyness you could need (without annoying the neighbors) Has the classic feel of membrane keyboards. Cons: in games I sometime stop holding down the key because I raised my finger .00001mm (eg it stops sprinting even though the shift key is down 99%)

Great purchase for gaming and typing

This is an overall great keyboard. As this is my first time buying higher-range keyboards, I wasn’t prepared to spend this amount on a super high grade mechanical keyboard like a Blackwidow or Huntsman. At first I was a bit scared to buy a “fake” mechanical keyboard, but from the brief experiences I’ve had with true mechanical keyboards, there is no noticeable difference - coming from an inexperienced consumer like me - so it is a great purchase. I love the RGB and using Razer synapse’s chroma studio is so comprehensive yet intuitive! You can pick heaps of different effects and layer them all up if you want. The wrist rest is an added bonus...view more

Razer Ornata V2 Review

Razer's 2017 Ornata Chroma carved out a large following among gaming keyboard players, driven by its midrange price tag and unique "mecha-membrane" keyswitches, which blended elements of membrane and mechanical keys. The sequel, dubbed the Ornata V2, augments the $99.99 keyboard with a few minor tweaks and one relatively major quality-of-life upgrade—dedicated media keys, including a digital volume roller. While these changes help keep the Ornata feeling modern and competitive, they add up to a refresh rather than a true successor—one that doesn't quite offset the fact that the Ornata V2 doesn't offer the unique balance between quality and price the Ornata Chroma did at its debut.Ornata Media The Ornata V2 exists as a vessel for its keys, Razer's hybrid switches that blend elements from clicky mechanical and soft membrane switches. The goal, generally, is to mimic the sound and feel of mechanical keys while using membrane-style actuation, which is cheaper to produce. Razer's mecha...

The "V2" name feels like a bit of a stretch, but the new Razer Ornata adds a little extra flair to the company's classic hybrid keyboard.
