The $249.99 Razer Huntsman V2 Analog is a textbook example of the “flagship keyboard.” It’s big. It’s flashy. It has luxurious bells and whistles. Its highlight, though, is the keyboard's namesake feature: Razer’s Analog Optical switches. They let you adjust the point where keys send signals to your computer, plus recreate the “half-press” functionality found in gamepads. In the past, Razer’s put some of those features into the Tartarus Pro keypad and other niche devices, but the V2 Analog adds new tricks, and brings the ideas front and center. We're still not sold on using a gaming keyboard to emulate a gamepad, but the extra customization options have many, cool uses. Its a great keyboard, excellent to type on. excellent for gaming. can be customised in so many ways with the razer synapse software. and in games that support analog movement, you realise just how sensitive these analog optical switches are. the wrist rest is super comfy, and the rgb looks sweet, would compliment any gaming PC setup. I paired it with some pudding PBT keycaps and its glorious. the only downsides are the high price, and that windows recognises this as an additional gamepad due to the analog switches, so you may run into some problems with games that only recognise one controller. protip: (steam big picture > rearrange controller order) will fix that

detected as a controller by some games, keys act as if they are being held down but only with razer synapse running. razer has been no help i would recommend avoiding this one. that being said its nice to use.
