Rayman Legends Wii U review – Murfy's law

It's no longer an exclusive but is the Wii U version of Ubisoft's stunning 2D platformer still the definitive one?

Insanely inventive at every turm, with mountains of content that constantly one-ups itself; Superb graphics, amazing use of sound, and great co-op; Fantastic art design

Murfy's sections are still not much fun in single-player, even if they're much better in multiplayer on the GamePad; No online co-op

Rayman Legends is a delightful platformer, and one of the best I've ever played.

Rayman, Globox and the Teensies are back to embark on a new fantasy adventure through a series of legendary worlds with new environments, characters and enemies. Rayman Legends is a delightful platformer, and one of the best I've ever played.

A Nearly Perfect Sequel

Rayman Origins was awesome, and this game is a nearly perfect sequel. The platforming is still solid, the graphics are still beautiful, and the game play is still outstanding. The only 2 complaints I have are I don't really like that they changed the level selection from a map to paintings..

A great single person game - fun light and silly atmosphere that will make you smile and laugh. Also great multiplayer game where you can work as a team to collect items. Highly recommend the game. Also arrived in 4 days which was great.

The technicalities of this game impede from being a spectacular game.

I as a gamer have to say that Rayman Legends will go down as one of the most gorgeous artistic games ever created, the gameplay is also flawless (you can do exactly what the character allows too -- and even go a bit Smash-fied sometimes) plus the music at times is pretty damn nice (especially Eye of...

Rahman Legends

I passed on this game for my PS Vita when I heard it was coming for PS4. And I'm glad that I did its a lot better of course on the PS4. And that means a lot when trying to figure out want platform to buy it on.

Rayman Legends review

Too weird. Too retro. Too French? Whatever the criticisms aimed at the Rayman series over the years, they were swatted aside by 2011's excellent Rayman Origins, a defiantly traditional 2D platform game that saw the limbless character celebrate his 16th birthday by blossoming from an awkward Gallic...

A gleefully old school approach; highly challenging; sublimely imaginative; fun for all the family

The difficulty can make you angry; there's no proper online mode; most of the characters are essentially the same; the story is twaddle

Rayman Legends PS4/Xbox One review

There will come a point during your time with Rayman Legends where you'll run out of ways to express how much you enjoy it. By a few hours in, you'll have exhausted every synonym you know for "pretty." A few stages after that, "fun." By the end: "challenging.

Sheer volume of content; Impressive level variety; Fantastic visuals and music

Initially confusing interface; Murfy isn't always welcome; Chaotic co-op with three or more players
