One of the major concerns about Into the Nexus, before playing it, was whether it would be of a significant length. Whilst the main story can be blasted through in five hours, there is plenty to keep you playing longer: the Challenge mode (i.e.

Ratchet and Clank ARE BACK. This game returns to its traditional ways, packed with a great story and new fun characters. Yes its Short (Prologue plus 5 Worlds) But worth every cent ITS THAT GOOD.

Sony's long serving pair are back for another dose of platforming and mad scientist-style firearms. Let's get straight to what you want to hear, yes, Ratchet & Clank: Nexus is a return to form after the misguided effort that was Q-Force .

Fun weapons; Excellent Endgame; Insomniac is still making Ratchet games

If you're anything like me, you've been with Insomniac from the beginning. You may even remember one of the later Spyro 2 levels – Metropolis – which was pretty much a Ratchet and Clank prototype. It even had clank in it, kind of.

The most valid criticism that can be leveled at Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus is that it is over too soon.  The game has a prologue, four large planets where the story missions take place, and an arena planet.

Prior to moving towards a more multiplatform approach, Insomniac Games was responsible for two extraordinary franchises for the PlayStation 3: 'Resistance: Fall of Man' and the 'Ratchet & Clank' future series.

Parents need to know that Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus is a third-person action-adventure hybrid that has you fight against robotic and alien enemies using a variety of weapons. One gun is used from a first-person perspective for more realism.
