While lone players are left cold, and hit detection can be inconsistent, the new tactical environmental destruction and tense atmosphere make for a fierce and focused multiplayer experience.
Micro-destruction adds new tactical depth; Brilliantly balanced asymmetrical action; Well-designed maps that feel fresh each time
Needless microtransactions in a full-priced game; Spotty hit detection; Not much in terms of single player
I will recommend this game for everyone, amazing multiplayer game.
FPS Or Tactical Games has been around us for generations. Counter-Strike and Call Of Duty Series have mesmerized us all these years.Playing with friends or other online player simultaneously can be a fun experience, we came to know it from these games. But this genre was getting stagnant.
Teamwork! Are you looking for the reason why you should buy Rainbow Six: Siege over one of the other myriad of shooters that have come out this winter? Then you now have that reason.
Despite the barbed wire and reinforced walls that makes you walk through in order to get to the meat of the gameplay, I can't stop thinking about how much fun that gameplay is. I've already made new online friends with like-minded players who embrace Siege's team-centric mechanics.
Tense; riveting gameplay; Destruction; Interesting maps
Grind-y progression system; Same-y PvP modes
This is by far the most realistic and intense tactical first person shooter on the market. It's has 11 maps at release, each one unique unto itself. Twenty different special operators each bringing there own skill set for great variety. This is easily THE FPS to play, better than the competition.
Work together and siege the day, or fight alone and rage-quit.
I'll cop to it. I'm the guy who, for years, has been saying "I'd prefer it if developers of multiplayer-focused games would stop creating half-hearted single-player campaigns to appease an already uninterested audience".
