Only had this game a few days and it's is absolutely amazing! Great graphics, fantastic game play and a really cool storyline so far! Can't fault the customer service either as both games arrived exactly when stated!

The elephant in the room deserves acknowledging upfront: Prey doesn't have a single blessed thing to do with Human Head Studios's 2006 shooter of the same name. That was a mechanically shaggy game that still found a devoted cult following by defiantly flying in the face of just about every...
Personally I love this game so far, that being said this game is definitely not for everyone and I would suggest playing the demo before buying the game. This game is more then just shooting aliens its about exploration and playing the way you want.
Prepping for my review of NBA Playgrounds has been as enjoyable as playing NBA Playgrounds – even more so maybe – as I trek virtually through the rich history of what we reviewers like to call "arcade style" basketball games.
Positives + Great arcade-style basketball + Fantastic roster of new players and legends
Negatives - Opponent AI is a bit too difficult; - Too few gameplay modes
NBA Playgrounds attempts to fill the void left by beloved series like NBA Jam and NBA Street. And while it can be a fun, flashy arcade game, it quickly succumbs to its own repetitive gameplay and presentation--with frustrating results.
Entertaining aesthetic packed with personality; Satisfying challenge; Online games reveal Playgrounds' comedic potential
Only one game mode at launch; Repetitive music and announcing; No real need to use the game's extensive roster
NBA Playgrounds thankfully is a fully licensed game and includes players of past and present. You will find great NBA players such as LeBron James and Stephen Curry along with retired players like Magic Johnson, Wilt Chamberlain and Playgrounds cover athlete Allen Iverson.
If you liked NBA Jam you'll like this; Offers some nice quick fun; Fully licensed roster
Design is very simplistic; Online modes are lacking; Offline modes needs more content
A wasted opportunity to create a modern take on System Shock, with the dull storytelling and action overshadowing the otherwise effective puzzle elements.
Huge, well-designed game world, filled with interesting environmental puzzles and side quests; Wide range of useful weapons, gadgets, and abilities
Highly derivative premise, with a quickly wasted plot; Dull, unsatisfying combat and stealth; Equally uninteresting enemies and drab visual design; Long loading times between areas
Everyone remembers NBA Jam , and most of those memories are fond. NBA Playgrounds developer Saber Interactive is well aware of that fact. Mimicking the arcade 2-on-2 of Jam with a dash of NBA Street -like style, NBA Playgrounds invokes both games but stops short of matching the quality of either.
Successful reproduction of classic NBA Jam gameplay; Unique twists like the lottery bar are fun; welcome additions
Tournaments mode is short; and more content is sorely needed
From the start, it's clear NBA Playgrounds is attempting to recapture the magic of classic arcade sports games such as NBA Jam and NFL Blitz. You can perform gravity-defying stunts and use game-changing power-ups, all while playing as some of your favorite basketball players, but when the dust...
Over-the-top animations; Fun when it works; Fitting visual style
Not enough game modes; Unbalanced/unnecessary mechanics; Stats discourage trying new players
These days, games like Prey seem few and far between. There's not one specific, unique mechanic promoted nor is there a grand overarching narrative that promises to tie you up for a trilogy.
Excellent sound design; Well-crafted space station; GLOO cannon is a good time
Load times are ridiculous; Combat is consistently frustrating; Main story arch is lacking
