VoIP is the future!
this is a great phone. i wish for my application that i had more line appearances. that's really trivial though.
Pros:
- * great voice clarity and call quality * wonderful speakerphone * sleek styling * ability to push phone configuration (which happens to be very customizable) via server hosted files (tftp) * built in xml browser (only basic tags are supported) which makes for easy custimization of idle screen...
Cons:
- the price may seem like a con since it could be considered high for a phone when compared to analog phones
- however this is an enterprise level voip phone and when you compare it to other similar phones it's a good value
- i've had a slight issue with the "digitmap".

Best IP phone I've used
I use this phone 8+ hours a day for work. This is without a doubt the best IP phone I've ever used. Coming from using mostly Cisco IP phones (7000 series), I was a bit skeptical of going to a Polycom. But without a doubt it was a good move for me.
