DO NOT BUY
I bought 3 phones for my office to replace rented ones to save money, saw the price and pulled the trigger. To my surprise when I get the phones there are no AC Power Adapters and then when I call the supplier who shipped them they said they sold them separately..
Pros:
- Average phone
Cons:
- they sell the phone with no AC adapter..

Lack of Power Supply stinks!
Stinks that it ships without a power supply since it can't run without a power supply. Yeah I missed that detail, but it shouldn't even be an option.

Pros
Work great on my vmware esxi Trixbox and SipX wm. easy to setup and configure. free firmware available on polycom web site help compare to other product.
Pros:
- Easy to setup
- good voice for the price
- handfree is good for the kind of set
Cons:
- Missing backlight
- missing PC port

Buyer beware
Very disappointing with seller. Was not aware power cord had to be purchased separately. Buyers beware!!1

Cheap Design, For The intended Purpose.
The phone may work, but it does not sit stable on mount. The whole phone rocks forward and is totally useless.
