I'm on my second Voyager Legend purchased by my employer and am in need of another headset or my 3rd Voyager Legend. Both of the earpieces have broken right above the swivel that connects the ear and mouthpiece to the battery and control mechanisms. The break is identical in both of these.

Very satisfied with this product. Only have one little problem and it's probably due to the shape of my ear. Some times I have to adjust how the headset sits in my ear because there is one little spot that gets tender occasionally.

As mentioned this system comes with the Voyager Legend mobile bluetooth headset, Playing music through my mobile phone, i can take calls on my desk phone and it'll pause my music till i end the call. then resume it. :) neat feature.

To start, this headset is a NEW system from this listing; - Voyager Legend mobile bluetooth headset, IMHO Best one out there STILL - Base station has a small footprint - Connects to 2 devices at one time.

Probably the only Caveat i could find about this device is that it could use a smaller sized ear tip; for me i need to wear the headset for 90% of my day to take and make calls between work and personal; and the smalllest tip causes quick wear fatigue.

Using this headset with Mitel IP phone. Works and sounds great, and setup was straightforward. Mic quality is surprisingly good; doesn't sound distant or pick up much background noise.

What convinced me to gor for the Voyager Legend CS was the ability to connect it to 2 phones at once. Great talk quality and performance, and the ear piece quite comfortable too. I have to use headsets quite a lot due to my job, and I can really recommend this!

I use my Legend CS on the road and when I get back to the office on my phone. One headset and I don't share it with anyone. Best solution in years, loving Plantronics!
