Seamless transition between soft phone, mobile phone and desk phone. Plug it in and it works. Excellent call quality on both ends of the call.

Long talk time and a really comfortable wireless headset that I can wear all day with good sound quality. It has good wireless range too. I can get up and go to the printer and make a coffee while staying on the phone.

Marvellous to be wireless and not have head tethered to computer or phone. Works with Lync and with my IP Phone. Sometimes runs out of battery but otherwise perfect.

If microphone/speaker levels are not properly set you may hear feedback in the earpiece on occasion; Even though this is a Con, this is nothing that can't be resolved as there are microphone/speaker gain knobs on the side of the headset which can easily be adjusted to correct the issue

Works perfectly. Sound is clear as day. Mic sound is clear as day. Comfortable on the head. Distance is superb.

Great product. I had to buy a new corded phone to use the 710 with as it cannot be used with a cordless phone. I picked up a $30 Vtech phone and they work fine together. I had to call Plantronics for help setting up the devices and they were very helpful.

These specific headsets are great. Everyone here at the office that uses them absolutely loves using them. It's nice having that option to switch between the Hard Phone and the PC as well.. Very handy.

This headset works great and I've found it to be very straightforward to set-up and use. I use it for my desk phone, PC, and mobile and the sound quality is fantastic on all three. Very comfortable to wear and looks and feels like a top-quality product. Service from ligo was flawless.

This headset is a great bit of kit for the call centre environment.Due the dual ears it allows me to focus on my work and not the local office gossip. Highly reccomended
