So simple to connect and use!! Brilliant sound quality and the microphone doesn't pick up too much background noise so excellent in a busy office. The benefits of both hands being free and not being tied to your desk makes work more pleasant and safer!!

This is the second headset I have purchased from Plantronics, the first one lasted 9 years. As an Information Technology Executive Recruiter, I live on the phone, so clarity, battery charge, and mobility are very important for me and the CS500 has been great!

Works as directed. Its wonderful to not be tied down to the desk, now we have the freedom to walk around AND be able to answer/hang up the phone.

Headset was comfortable, sound quality was good, but unfortunately the microphone volume was not functioning normal. Sounded like I was a million miles away, regardless of settings. Troubleshot with Plantronics support, but they weren't successful either.

I would recommend this product and plan to buy a few more for my users

The headset is loose. It doesn't hold well on my head, so if Iean forward, it slides off. Also, the left ear pad only fits on at an angle, it doesn't completely cover my ear. So, the fit is not good. The instructions are also inaccurate on how to connect the headset to the phone.

I've been using wireless headsets for probably 15 years and this is the best one I've owned. The sound quality is excellent and the headset itself is the most comfortable I've used. Which surprised me, because I never wanted to go to a dual ear unit (too big looking and heavy feeling).

The headsets are great. The recipients in the office are much appreciative of the headsets because they are able to use their computers fluently while on the phone, and they don't get neck fatigue from cradling the handpiece between the shoulder and the head.

Decent range and very good clarity. The CS520 is comfortable to wear (which is a must, if like me you'll be wearing it for a large portion of your working day), and lightweight. The mute function is better than previous models I've used as I can now do it single-handed.
