I returned this product
The headpphones were too small for it to be on both ears and I could not make it work with my panasonic phone system. Too bad. I would like to have a quality headset that functioned with the phone to avoid feedback on video conferences.

Wireless headset for Reception at a hotel
The headset works very well, is easy to use and has a range of about 300 feet. The batery life is about 4 hours.

Excellent headset
Decent range and very good clarity. The CS520 is comfortable to wear (which is a must, if like me you'll be wearing it for a large portion of your working day), and lightweight. The mute function is better than previous models I've used as I can now do it single-handed.
Pros:
- Easy to use
- Good sound quality and range
- Stylish

Plantronics/Poly CS520 Wireless Headset
The headsets are great. The recipients in the office are much appreciative of the headsets because they are able to use their computers fluently while on the phone, and they don't get neck fatigue from cradling the handpiece between the shoulder and the head.

Plantronics CS520 Wireless Binaural Headset
I've been using wireless headsets for probably 15 years and this is the best one I've owned. The sound quality is excellent and the headset itself is the most comfortable I've used. Which surprised me, because I never wanted to go to a dual ear unit (too big looking and heavy feeling).

Plantronics CS520 Wireless Telephone Headset System
The headset is loose. It doesn't hold well on my head, so if Iean forward, it slides off. Also, the left ear pad only fits on at an angle, it doesn't completely cover my ear. So, the fit is not good. The instructions are also inaccurate on how to connect the headset to the phone.

Excellent headset
I would recommend this product and plan to buy a few more for my users
Pros:
- Love the wireless headset - no more getting tangled up in the wires! Very good quality - sturdy
- I personally like the two ear muffs
Cons:
- none so far

Microphone put me on Mars
Headset was comfortable, sound quality was good, but unfortunately the microphone volume was not functioning normal. Sounded like I was a million miles away, regardless of settings. Troubleshot with Plantronics support, but they weren't successful either.

Its wonderful to not be tied down to the desk
Works as directed. Its wonderful to not be tied down to the desk, now we have the freedom to walk around AND be able to answer/hang up the phone.
