I have a bad shoulder. Lengthy cell calls can be cheap but painful. Another problem with regular Bluetooth devices was the people would have a problem hearing me. The C720 Headset eliminates these problems.

I am not sure if the item was new or used. However, I had multiple complaints from customers that they could not hear me. For this price, the item should work great. I was not happy at all, and the return to the store is a nightmare.

This headset does not provide sidetone for Apple products (Mac and iPhone). Sidetone is the effect of the sound picked up by the microphone being instantly introduced at a low level into the headphones.

I ordered the M version of the Blackwire because I do a lot of Skype (which is now a Microsoft product...). The difference between that version and non-M isn't clearly explained in Plantronics documentation. Anyway, was recognized properly on a PC, but not a Mac.

I use this headset mainly for online meetings. Setting it up on both Windows and iphone was relatively easy. The sound was clearer than a few other brands I have used. However, it can only get 4 stars because of its cheap material, considering the cost.
