I am not sure if the item was new or used. However, I had multiple complaints from customers that they could not hear me. For this price, the item should work great. I was not happy at all, and the return to the store is a nightmare.

Every time I mute this headset a voice proclaiming "Mute On" or "Mute Off" in addition to an audio warning is sounding and delaying my reply several seconds. This makes the headset unusable. Plantronics refuses to fix this.

This is a great device as a replacement for my older Plantronics device. This device supports both blue-tooth Phone and USB connections simultaneously. When a call comes in the USB music to blocked. The device has noise cancellation as well !!!

I use this headset mainly for online meetings. Setting it up on both Windows and iphone was relatively easy. The sound was clearer than a few other brands I have used. However, it can only get 4 stars because of its cheap material, considering the cost.

Awesome piece of equipment. I am in a ton of on line meeting these days, more and more it seems. I've been going through headphones that I would normally use for my iPod and/or Kindle Fire.

This headset does not provide sidetone for Apple products (Mac and iPhone). Sidetone is the effect of the sound picked up by the microphone being instantly introduced at a low level into the headphones.

Descriptions of this set and other similar ones on NewEgg are woefully inadequate to make product comparisons.

This headset works even better than I hoped. Bluetooth operation is seamless and sound quality excellent. Being able to answer a mobile phone call just by picking up the headset is fantastic and makes me wonder why I didn't buy one of these years ago.
