Do the firmware upgrade immediately

Its OK. Speech and mic quality are OK but be aware when I installed it it would randomly crash my PC until I downloaded their Hub software and upgraded the headset firmware. I'm using Win 10 Pro, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.19 (Latest Features install)
