Great headphones

Everything works the way it is supposed to. The only thing that is lacking is the call quality.

Very comfortable, but has one flaw

These headphones are quite comfortable and lightweight. They don't push on your head and have soft, memory foam padding to take away some pressure. The only flaw I have found in them is the difficulty in connecting to devices that they're already paired with.

Stylish headphones that were lightweight and had useful features! Good sound but not as much bass. Multipoint these headphones are a plus! Incredibly comfortable headphones but it crackles in your ears when you move or walk, because the ear pads are kept constantly on the ear.

Plantronics BackBeat Sense Review

Plantronics is better known for its Bluetooth headsets than for its headphones, but the company has made some strides in the field of gear intended primarily for listening to music and not talking to people. The BackBeat Pro ($245.00 at Amazon)  over-ear wireless headphones were cleverly designed, with solid noise cancellation technology and very good sound quality. They were also bulky, as many over-ear headphones tend to be. The new BackBeat Sense are far from that. These on-ear Bluetooth headphones don't feature active noise cancellation, but they're incredibly light, very comfortable, and sound excellent. At $179.99, they're also a bit more affordable than the BackBeat Pro, though the Editors' Choice Jabra Move Wireless ($84.95 at Amazon) trumps them both. DesignThe headphones are incredibly small and light for their on-ear design, weighing just under five ounces (less than half the weight of the BackBeat Pro). They're available in black with espresso-colored padding, or whi...

The Plantronics BackBeat Sense Bluetooth headphones pack very good performance and battery life in a remarkably light and comfortable on-ear package.

Incredibly light, comfortable design; Good selection of accessories; Very good sound quality with powerful lows

Balance emphasizes lows and highs at slight expense to high-mids; Canvas carrying pouch is a little awkward to use

One of my best purchases. Almost a year now

One of my best purchases. Almost a year now. Very comfortable. Sound quality is also good. Bass is real and doesn't sound artificial. Has a ton of features. Pairing is easy with any device. Phone, Laptop and tabs. Battery life is also quite good. It really is worth every penny.

Plantronics BackBeat Sense review: An on-ear wireless Bluetooth headphone done right

Plantronics isn't going to fool anybody into thinking it's Beats, but over the years the company -- best known for monaural headsets of the wireless and business/call center variety -- has been creeping into mainstream consumer headphones market and putting out some very respectable products,...

The Plantronics BackBeat Sense is a lightweight; comfortable on-ear wireless headphone that delivers very good sound for Bluetooth and has a strong feature set; with dual microphones and a sensor that knows when you have the headphones on or off.

Low-end may not be strong enough for those looking for fatter bass

Plantronics BackBeat Sense Smart Headphone Review

Everything needs to be enhanced these days to stand out from the crowd-everyone needs a schtick. Potato chips need wacky truffle-oil flavoring, cars need a carbon fiber wrap, and well, most celebrities keep their plastic surgeons on speed-dial.

Plantronics BackBeat SENSE Wireless Headphones Review

Overall, Plantronics BackBeat SENSE is a fun pair of super comfortable wireless headphones that pack in tons of features, yet they don't break the bank. The BackBeat SENSE headphones are available now in stores and online in the United States in black/espresso and white/tan for $180.
